The Balcony Nai Yang

The Balcony - The Title Residence is a low-rise beachfront condominium with a modern resort-style concept. The project spans 22,027.2 sq.m. and consists of 9 residential buildings plus a separate parking building. It is designed with generous common areas, landscaped green zones, swimming pools, and a wide mix of indoor and outdoor facilities.

The location is directly beside Naiyang Beach and in front of Pine Tree Park. According to the developer, the project is next door to Salute Beach Club and an international-chain hotel, with seafood restaurants just a short walk away. Daily conveniences are also nearby, including Tops and 7-Eleven at about 250 m, and Mingle VIB at around 350 m.

This project suits buyers looking for a beachside home for holidays or full-time living in a quieter part of Phuket. With layouts ranging from 1-bedroom units to penthouses, it may also appeal to rental-focused owners and long-term investors who value walkable beach access and an established neighborhood setting.
