Why buy in Rawai

Rawai is a calm area in southern Phuket with a strong local feel and a well-established expat community. It is known for the seafood market by the pier, as well as its cafés, local markets, supermarkets, and Muay Thai gyms. Rawai Beach itself is not considered a swimming beach, as the shoreline is shallow and lined with boats, but the area is convenient for island trips and for daily life in the south of Phuket.

  • Peaceful area with a local feel and a strong expat community
  • Close to Nai Harn and Ya Nui beaches
  • Good everyday infrastructure: supermarkets, markets, cafés, and sports facilities
  • Well suited to long-term living, families, and retirees

Keep in mind: Rawai Beach is not suitable for swimming; The drive to the airport is relatively long.
